My roommate is a Funeral Director/Mortician and all of this is just part of the job for him. He spends all day with dead bodies, but he hates horror movies with a passion.

funny enough im the opposite, im a Mortician but i love horror movies, grew up as the weird punk kid everyone hated and now im the weird punk adult who works with bodies lol.
The only mortician I know takes naps on the table he operates the bodies.
I wanna be one
I used to help my uncle with work at his mortuary parlor. He did embalmings, burials, cremations, coronary work and occasionally autopsies for the county sheriffs. One time in the middle of a service for a pregnant widow whose husband had passed, the widow's water broke partway through the service. I very quietly mumbled "he's baaaack" and my aunt elbowed me and told me to shush.
When you couldn't open the drawers after he told you everything you need was laid out was funny. I can hear Fooster saying "Yep you never listen"

This is the 3rd time I've watched this game and you've had the SCARIEST version so far, also your commentary was hilarious as usual. When you put that metal thing into their guts and made that funny noise I FREAKING DIED.... then I rewound it and laughed all over again. Also I think you had to check each body for a sigil, that's the one you have to burn. All in all you made a great game ever better! :)
I got stressed at the end i should have taken the extra time to be 100%

The correct body was the first one with the scratches on the body in the notes it mentions those are marks of the demon
I worked in the industry for about 6 years. Yes cavity fluid is undiluted chemical used to help preserve the organs and such, its injected with a trocar.

My best friend from college is now a mortician and my morbid curiosity has me knowing the majority of the details of embalming. Eye caps are to keep the eyes from looking sunken in and the cavity fluid is to make a cadaver not look so… emaciated? I think is the best word… also, the part with the book of Typhon:Conversions is actually part of the satanic bible, paraphrased and adapted slightly but genuinely quite close to the actual writings. It also makes references to things present in the Epoch of Gilgamesh, such as Typhon. A lot of ancient Sumerian societies had close ties to demonic entities that was eventually brought into Christianity. There’s a lot of really fascinating references in this game to various religious studies, ancient alchemy and modern day mortuary practices. Really impressed with the Dev’s studies.

Fisk if you enjoyed this game you should watch a movie called The Autopsy of Jane Doe, as a Mortician I dont normally like movies or games about it bc they tend to be inaccurate but the movie is so good as well as this game. The dev is a great person as well so much respect to them.

I've watched several playthroughs of this and your demon has by far been the most aggressive. Some people barely get any hauntings until the end, but you got your ass kicked! I would not have been able to keep my cool as well as you. Jeez.

Interesting, I watched this also on another platform and that ended up being the right body but the seal was not placed on the body before it was burned. I am wondering if this is the default ending always?? Hmmmmm...
There are 5 endings. This is the third ending where you guess the wrong body, it’s the most common ending because no one knows what dictates which body must be burned.
First ending is you burn the right body
Second is you don’t burn any bodies
Third is burn the wrong body
Fourth is do stuff ending
Fifth is do different stuff ending
The game loses me at the mechanic of multiple games rouge like whatever
I played the game 6 hours last night and got the third ending like 5 times

Now I need ro watch a playthrough where the 1st ending is actually achieved. It sounds like that may be the most difficult one to get. Interesting.
