sa pacific cross sir. 500k is lump sum and the coverage is 65-100age? 1st year pre existing condition in first year is not covered but the second year is already covered?

Sir, question po sa Maxicare Prima. I’m a Maxicare Prima member 1. If I have a doctor (non-maxicare accredited), can I have the doctor’s professional fee be reimbursed from maxicare? 2. If I non-accredited doctor gives me a request for a laboratory exam, can I have that exam performed in a maxicare accredited laboratory? 3. Same scenario as #2 except that the laboratory procedure is done in Makati Med. Can I have the cost reimbursed by Maxicare?

Where do we go to get both insurance. Natatakot na ko dahil na scam ako ng isang Health insurance, Caritas health offering 50% discount sa senior dahil nasa loob sila ng makati medical center.at hindi ma refund Yong binayad ko.
