Thanks Ms @Dai :) You may check other HMO providers po :) As far as Maxicare is concerned, contracts are only 1 year MAX :) Every year member needs to renew to continue to have coverage :) Thank you :)

Hi Ms @Haze, EReady Advance Free Consultation can ONLY be availed in 2 ways po :)
1) Via Teleconsult 29:43 with a GP
2) Via Face to face at Maxicare PCC branches ONLY 20:55 with GP, IM and Family Med :)
Other consultations outside 2 ways above is NOT part of the coverage :)
Mental Health (consult with Psychia) can only be availed with Premium clients 14:30 po at maxicare PCCs :)

There's ONLY 1-time payment (or paid annually) for Prima Gold and Silver plans.
No monthly, no quarterly, etc. :) Thank you po :)

I have enrolled my mother for hospital insurance. I plan to buy her prima gold, can I reimburse receipts for hospital insurance?
Prima Gold reimbursement can only be done if the hospital is non-affiliated during an emergency case. Reimbursement takes about 60 days to complete. Hence, this is not recommended.
During an emergency, Prima Gold members are recommended to avail the 20k ER benefit at affiliated hospitals para outright ang deduction from the hospital bill.
Yan lng po na case ang pwede ma reimburse :) Other ways, not part of the coverage na :)
