we are extremely lucky to have alumni that STILL take interest in our school and build gorgeous sororities and fraternities like this one. I've visited schools up north and in the mid west and Southern houses are in a league of their own.
Great Video Lyda. The new house is truly amazing. I do hope you boys will take care of it. I miss you fellas. The video gave me chills. I hope the cannon made it to the new location. As many times as I had to polish that beast. Glad to see the tradition is still alive and well. The sign on the frosted doors that said I believe in Theta Chi is what did it for me. And yes, I still do believe in Theta Chi, It's traditions and it's ideals. Born of Sturdy Manhood, enabled by a higher and sacred purpose. Roll Tide Gentleman. Alpha Phi, 2001
I have a question, so, that house, how many people live in it at a time, and is it an only boys house? If so, what do the other houses for other students look like, and why would certain students get to stay in that house over others?
Cold Betray typically houses of that size will have 60-80 actives living in the house, probably a little more than half of the fraternity as a whole. When you live in house you pay much more in dues, but it's always a blast. If you live out of house you're welcome anytime to come in, a lot of brothers will crash there anyway.

you obviously haven't been out on the west coast
Yea but its the south so everything is cheaper and not as good. Hence why greek life is taken so seriously and the education doesn't seem to be.
Wow this is incredible, you guys are very fortunate! Congrats on the new house from a brother up north!

It's a fraternity house so you have to be a member to live in it. And yes, it's a fraternity house so it's boys only.
