Thank you for this interview ~ somehow I only discovered Rani today & her music is exceptional & in a style I’m already quite fond of; as I mentioned in another video her music to my ears sounds like what would potentially happen if John Adams collaborated with Tori Amos ~ back in the early 90s. Also there’s a similar sound world to a few ECM artists that I *adore* And, a pinch of William Duckworth’s magnificent “Time-Curve Preludes” from 1979. What a discovery🖤

She is such an amazing artist. By listening to 'F-Major' it feel like another planet, just as the video in Iceland. After waking up at the end I thought, oh, I'm sitting in front of my Laptop! I guess she'd love Nightwork Sessions by Riverside. Great ambient moods. I haven't had the impression, the interviewer even once heard her music. Quite unconnected.
I quickly grew tired of his naive questioning through the first half of the interview ... I used to teach interviewing techniques for journalists and the first rule I taught was 'know your subject'! Much as I like and admire Hania and her work, I just couldn't bear watching her increasing polite discomfort and baled out at 9 minutes. R (Australia)
Average American has a sense of music of 12 years old , so America doesnt receive such a artists with a huge enthusiasm - due to not understanding the depth of music this type of artists create
Uuuh well I’m American and Hania has been my most listen to artist 3 yrs in a row.. but I’m the only person I know who listens to neoclassical music (or whatever u call it)… do people in other European countries really listen to different music than the US? Is Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish (the GOAT) not heavily listen to where u are?
