If you haven’t found my playlist “The Easy Way to Speed Bag” I would definitely tell you to check it out. There are 30 instructional videos that take you from the most basic moves to very advanced moves. Start from the beginning and work your way up. Always remember slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
I'm jumping on it now I did the roll forward and back wards and ur quads video popped up I sat there and tried it and applied the body movement and I am freaking hitting elbows now I must have went for an hour straight just focusing my arms at done and rolling backwards is gunna take some muscle devolpment and reptition it feel like writing with my left hand

Hey brother that's awesome,I'm a beginner with the speed bag and have been practicing for about 4 months or so unfortunately with nobody actually instructing me. What little experience I have I only know a couple small very basic routines. Hi Robert! The best way to get moving is to go to my playlist and find the one that is titled The Easy Way to Speed Bag. I have 36 videos that start out with very basic moves all the way to very advanced. They are made in a way that if you watch them in order especially the first 10, they will progress you from one basic move to the next and then suddenly by video ten you’re flowing with several fun and easy to learn combinations. Thanks lol. I honestly didn't know the correct names of the strikes. Out of these I need the split fist worked on a bit more. Getting there though 🙂
