I can smell it and it's sooo good, Sir! Such yummy, healthy chicken recipe you got there! I want to cook it someday when I have an oven. But I wish I can cook it soon without an oven. Excellent cooking you got there, Sir! Wish you well in your channel. God bless you!
Thank you for the recent video I'm trying it tonight. I never use drumsticks or other chicken types on the bone and would love to start using them, this is a good start.
Do you have a link where you can buy the pot you used to cook the chicken? Very nice design. Thanks for sharing an easy to follow recipe I have just subscribed.

Like others, I wish there were a written recipe to go with this or at least measurements, especially of the spices. And what was the last spice or possibly two that you sprinkled on the dish before you baked it? Regardless, I will be giving this a try tonight 👍
That's a nice take on Moroccan cuisine. As a moroccan I'd never put tomatoes in with the apricots... I guess ill try it....good luck with your channel Serge. I subscribed ;)
@@sergekitchen1994 Ya I want an answer too. Don't know what to do now I'm making this tonight and I already have dried apricots in the fridge I need to use up. I guess a couple can't hurt ;)
@@AltJisatsu My personal opinion, no tomatoes, no rosemary, no coriander seeds. Just garlic, lots of onions diced, no need to marinate, add all the spices straight into the pot (spices: turmeric, pepper, powdered ginger, saffron, a tiny bit of mace, and a cinnamon stick). Cook with minimal water if using instant pot, if not, adjust the water to where it barely covers the chicken. Cook until chicken is about to be fall of the bone tender, but not mangled, remove the chicken onto a plate and cover with foil, keep reducing the sauce until it thickens on low flame. In a different sauce pan, add dried apricot, cinnamon powder, and sugar, add 2 tbsp from the chicken's sauce. Cover with water, and let cook until syrupy and apricots are tender. Reheat the chicken in the oven, covered, place them into a large serving dish, pour the sauce unto the sides of the chicken, not on top, and place apricots on top of the chicken. You can even stuff each apricot with half a walnut. That's how we've always done it in Morocco (although beef works better than chicken in sweet tagines) and I haven't found a recipe that beats this method to be honest. Hope you like it

Wow, how sad that you did a knockoff of @AlmazanKitchen video that he did several years ago. At the VERY LEAST, change it up slightly to make it your own.
Why on earth would you make a nice cooking video like this and then put that hideous, horrible noisy music in the background that sounds like someone’s stepping on 100 rats? Think before you put music with a video please. That racket totally destroyed your video. Try to remember just because you like that noise does not mean the rest of the world does too.
Why were some of the latter ingredients left out? Looks like garlic before the tomato juice but who knows? Then what is the powder after the tomato juice? Lousy effort. Fail.
Wow, it's all cost... terrific to see. Maybe its a yummy dish.new friend here giving you support.
That looks amazing!! I'm going to make that tonight. Wish you had the method of the recipe written.
You don't need the method written out, when the video clearly shows every step.

The musicis infernal. i give up way before the end . I'm sure i can find a recipe that's less -- aggressive on the ears somewhere.

To me it looked like a teaspoon of every spice. The spice sprinkled at the end had been reserved from the mixture that was made earlier.
He copied the recipe and video from @AlmazanKitchen. Check his video.
