And don’t forget about the part of fandom that has zero tolerance for episodes that aren’t completely plot related, AKA filler!
Those fans that go “I only watch Amphibia for the plot” can get pretty annoying at times. Seriously, that part of the fandom needs to stop acting like plot is the only reason people like shows like Amphibia.
if anne was an adult, more people would watch for the plot.
While Amphibia has other very incredible aspects (ie their ability to wiggle in humor and jokes and their amazing music) I do like Amphibia for the plot. It’s just the kind of thing I like. Don’t get me wrong though, the not completely plot driven episodes are amazing. They subtly build character, make the plot related moments more impactful, and it’s fun to see them just having fun. :))

I think Amphibia is the first animated children’s show to kill off a character on screen with a *stab* and mention that the character is dead. They don’t blow it off like “Oh! They could’ve lived! They just aren’t in the show anymore!”. No. She is brutally stabbed.

These are great. I'd recommend Hilda, another one that starts light and then tears your soul apart. And if you do Arcane, you'll sow all the massive numbers from the LoL fandom

I really love these types of videos. They remind of "Totally Legit Recap," which is a series by a TH-camr called DWK which I absolutely love.
I think you definitely need to do this with The Owl House, Tangled: The Series, DuckTales (2017), Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Over the Garden Wall, the SpongeBob Movie, and the Pokemon anime if you can.
Funny you should say that b/c I love "Totally Legit Recap" and DWK/Absolute Unit is a huge inspiration for my video style lmao.
Well keep this up because while I love that DWK is making the videos he wants to make, I still have that itch for “Totally Legit” style content and these types of videos are delivering. You do a great job at doing the style, but you have your own spin on it, which is great!
