  • Neurosurgery is a field that is often perceived as one that only deals with tumors and the brain, however, there's so much more than neurosurgery involves. From trauma, to congenital and vascular issues, in this episode, three Kenyan neurosurgeons demystify this medical field.
Catch up with Dr. Beverly Cheserem, Assistant Professor and Consultant Neurosurgeon, Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi, Dr. Omar Ahmed Nasir, Lecturer, Department of Surgery University of Nairobi and Consultant Neurosurgeon Kenyatta National Hospital and Dr. Susan Karanja, Consultant Neurosurgeon Kenyatta National Hospital who graciously made time for a chat at the Social House Nairobi

I like the idea of interviewing professionals to spotlight on important issues concerning health, far away from our usual politics that dominate social media and TV interviews.

Thanks Sheila for hosting professionals here. Personally I have interected with Dr. Susan and she is awesome doctor. She explains everything step by step and gives you hope in whatever is happening to the patient. Big ups to her. May she continue with the same spirit.
