ONLY CABBAGE & BEEF STEW RECIPE YOU NEED | Ghana food

Hello everyone and welcome back to Mrsdrewry food Channel today we are making a very tasty but easy cabbage stew with some tasty fried beef chunks in it! this stew is going to be your favourite because its amazing, easy and quick to prepare.
Here are the ingredients:
800 gr beef brisket
1 tbsp ginger paste
salt to taste
sankofa chicken and beef seasoning
1tbsp cayenne peppper
1 tbsp roasted garlic granules
1 tbsp salt
between 1/2 cup to 1 cup water
oil for deep frying
2 diced onions
5 garlic cloves
ginger
3 scotch bonnet
oil for stew
400 gr tomato paste
3 cans plum tomato
meat broth
all purpose seasoning
tandoori curry
7-8 stalks spring onions
1 large cabbage
