मैं इसी ब्राण्ड ATOMBERG का दो पंखा दो साल पहले ही लिया था पंखा चलने मे या बिजली की बचत करने में अच्छा है लेकीन यदि खराब हो जाये तो इसका सर्विस केयर नेटवर्क बकवास है मेरा दो पंखे मे एक पेड स्टेल फैन खराब हो गया जो नही बन पा रहा है फोन करने पर इसका सिस्टम सिर्फ जलेबी की तरह गोल गोल घुमाते हैं मुझे तो फिर अपना पुराना बाला पंखा लगना पड़ा, जितना बचत हुआ उससे ज्यादा का नुक्सान हो गया, जब तक इस तरह की फैन का सर्विस अपने जिले में मिलना शुरू नही होता इसे नही लेना चाहिए, मैं टो ATOMBERG को मेल किया और ऑनलाइन कम्प्लेन किया और पटना के सर्विस सेन्टर से सम्पर्क किया तौ कहते हैं की कंपनी की रेक़ुएस्ट मिलने पर ऑन साइट सर्विस होगा सिढ़े ग्राहक को सर्विस नही मिलता ।

Chimney ke sath nahi lagaya hai. Chimney ka pipe short padh raha tha so uske aage fan lagaya hai. Donho sath me hi chalu karte hai
