I think it's very hard for MMORPG, cause they can see your stats in the database that your 100 ATK shouldnt be dealing 1M damage. most of these are just wall hacks or aimbots which is harder to tell if your just good and if you're spray guessing where his head will likely pop out. If you talk about bots, I dunno, you'll probably walk the same path as other bots who don't use DMA so Admins would just manually ban you.

The answer I think you're actually wanting is "Yes, a previously detected cheat could be undetected by replicating the same actions with a DMA-board, but no, it's not as simple as plugging in the component and copying the file over.". You'd potentially have to pay someone to get this done for you.
