I am feeling so much pity for the speaker who is trying explain these intricate concepts to such a non-serious audience!! People are entering and leaving, the door is making noise, people are waking in front of the speaker, even those in the front row can't sit consistently. This is humbleness of the speaker that he is not saying anything to them. If this was someone else of this caliber, he would have lost his temper.

Jazak Allah, Is it possible to get little explanation of - " Change in Values/Value system is brought about by power" is there no role of human intellect, reason or knowledge in changing the values?? Apparently it sounds very strange? please guide - thanks
