Hi! Ty for your comments. Yeah some items are locked. I built it in blueprint mode where everything is available. Changed the locked items for others. I suggest you use the materials you have. For example use a flat roof and add a garden on top. Change the design, make it your own. When the item you want is available you can change it back.;)

Nice house. I played simular games for years. Farming in ER is just to slow and time consuming.

So say like you put 4 sets of stairs on the right, I can only put 2 sets
