I often get asked how to successfully run an event for the first time.
I hosted my first event when I was 18, and since then, I've hosted loads more. I love them, and even though I was never professionally trained, I've learned quite a few tricks of the trade over the years.
Hosting successful events may seem overwhelming at first, and it'll be nerve-wracking for sure, but with the right approach, you'll do just fine.
In this video, I want to guide you through some of the most critical steps and considerations for your first event, so you can ensure things go smoothly. If ever you'd like to connect, please don't hesitate to connect via my website www.jamiewhite.com.
I am always open to feedback, reflections, guest / subject recommendations and anything else that might come up.
Thank you for watching, Jamie x

@@JamieWhite I have a question so I saw this video tonight and I am trying to host my first big gospel concert. I’m trying to think about using a church or an arena. The reason why I want to use an arena because some of the churches are not allowing people to use their facility and then it is a little bit of irritating for me lol because I have the venues that’s not churches that let’s just say that is like Xfinity center in Maryland where I live at but sometime those venues don’t answer their emails or different stuff like that what I’m trying to say is how do you deal with that when people consistently do not answer or the answer you at their own time or they give you a facility paper but they said it’s not a contract but you have doubts that it is. What do you do with that? It’s a lot to it that I’m trying to figure out as well. I’m trying to get my artist to respond and then they don’t sometimes but it’s the same as the venues even trying to get sound people and backline instrument sometimes people answered sometimes people don’t, but how do you deal with all that without getting irritated for your first event like this, as I stated about my first gospel concert event

One suggestion would be to try and change your self talk, and old programming per say. There is a lot of Power in our words and thoughts. You may consider creating a vision board, practice visualizing your event being successful. And for me, I always ask God of the Universe for guidance. For all who believe in their hearts, God is faithful to answer our prayers🙏. Praying you will experience all of Gods amazing gifts: Love, Happiness, Joy, Peace, Prosperity, Strength, Wisdom, and Patience❤️🙏❤️
