I’m a fan of training the central nervous system in sports/life but as a football and athletics coach watching this guy accelerate was painful - people have their own way of expressing their athleticism that often gets coached out of them making useful techniques (speed, neuroathletic) actually harmful to performance. It’s only a suggestion but I would say, humbly, to review your approach to coaching acceleration.
