Haven't heard of him having many girlfriends after Nora...whereas Nora has had some bfs after Tirso...and even got married pa...and the rest is history...well, I got so many unanswered questions too... but ill settle with the fact that they did have special friendship and love for each other or else this loveteam would not have lasted this long, the longest ever in the history Phil movies. Theirs is kinda magical and mystical ...
Tirso inirog si Guy noon batang musmos pa sila. I'd like to believe, Tirso had eyes for Nora who was so cute noong 15 o 16 y.o. pa lang sila. Si Bobot ang first ang love team ni Guy, but Ike Lozada saw the spark between Guy and Pip, dahil inirog (in their very own words) ni Pip si Guy who was very shy and reserved. They complemented each other, the were so different pero parang may rhythm sila, they were in step kung sa sayaw, not to mention, their duets are beyond splendid and nakakatouch ang boses nila sa kanilang mga kanta. Together they had this chemistry of sweetness, bantering, selosan, tampu tampuhan... I see si Pip had to give extra effort to assure Guy of his love and devotion to her. Nora in turn would not fail to reciprocate Pip's affectionate and loving caring ways. I see binebeybi nila ang bawat isa. Pero kung sobrang selosan and tampuhan naman, both got stubborn and would end up in a break up. Siguro there was no deep seated trust... bata pa sila, usually immature, irresponsible and childish pa sila. Developing trust is something you learn and work at while in a relationship, a process you go through, kumbaga.. Eh bata pa sila what do you expect from unless they had wise counsel from adults around them. Also, they got so familiar and comfortable with one another which was very obvious sa kanilang pagkapit sa bawat isa, their bodies always touching, they hugged so much and sooo tightly....parang deep ang connection nila. I love the kapilyuhan of either one of them, their sense of humor na nakatugma, na I still see in their later movies when they're adults already, ...it is like their signature joke o chemistry ...tulad ng, ang pagdadrama ni Pip as if nasaktan sya in order to get Nora's attention and care , and then batukan sya ni Nora when she realizes she's being played around by Pip, Pip's carino to Guy ... I find them so cute and funny snd kilig to the bones. We will never know the whole story though kung bakit sila hindi nagkatuluyan...we can only speculate o theorize based sa mga observations ... if only we could ask them today... or we just settle with the fact they their love was true and special back in those days. 🥰 Dahil nag start sila a showbiz together, iba sng level ng kanilang pakikitungo. Whereas ang Ibang leading men appeared to be more patient, more mapagbigay, more eager to please dahil they met Guy at such a time when Guy had somehow established herself as a star. So I'm more empathetic towards Pip, bc equal credit goes to him that made Guy and Pip such a huge success and had launched Guy's movie career. Just imagine Guy 15 y.o. girl without Pip's charming ways o pilyo ways para ma pa-inlove nya si Guy, I'd say no kilig, no thrill, no amusement, ... 🥰😁😉💖 just saying ... 😀😉💖✌
