    What are the chances of the the "Immigration Amnesty Bill" being amended so that a person that has lived in the USA "LEGALLY" since August 2008
    but is going to become "out of status" on "April 6, 2021" qualifying?

    My case is pending for 6 years here in Los Angeles.After 2:45 minutes final hearing gov lawyer asked for another 15 minutes to ask then judge set another court day after 18 months.thats how i past 6 years of my case.so the think is not gonna help people like me.cz I already spend 6 years now i have to wait for another 5 years for green card!!!

      At least 2 more years, I am f4 too feb 2007 already they send the letter ,everything is moving slowly.

      Yes you will qualify.
      1. Passport with Visa ( if expired passport then you need new valid passport)
      2. State valid ID ( IF you have one)
      3. Tax records
      4. Bank statements
      5. Lease agreements
      6. Loan payments
      7. Anything to show you were present here from the time of entry.
      8. Possibly birt certificate from your country

      I don’t think so. You’re not waiting for 5 years though ) you will receive your permanent residency based on marriage . This is my personal opinion.
      I have the same situation.

    This is to big , basically covering everyone even those already deported , I don't think is gonna pass. Looks like they did it on purpose Couldn't they make something like if u have a job and enough income to support yourself get legal status. Easy to pass and all happy in the end!
