06:50 muy muy acertado el consejo /comentario de tus (permíteme tutearte) amigos médicos respecto a la protección de los oídos. Yo también uso Peltor pero los integrales, muy buena marca 3M. Yo incluso tengo algún compañero que usa doble protección, tapones + cascos integrales. Un saludo y gracias por compartir.

Great video , I really liked the tuition one with Giles, I will try the body turning technique this weekend with 1/4 to and 1/4 past targets,
I also use ( and love) my LEP ear buds, but the silicone bits didn’t work with my shallow ear canals 😝… so I found some foam tips that work even better for me, ( ISOtunes trilogy, small) and they work fantastically - highly recommend!
Also - that AYA is gorgeous, looks similar to a 20B Zoli pernice round body. ( I really rate my Zoli - so well made )

Hola como esta.... que distancia generalmente le da al plato antes de disparar saludos
@@joseluisgonzalezcalderon6733 lo calculo en base a la velocidad y distancia. Generalmente adelanto 1 cm (equivale a un metro) si no esta muy lejos y no va muy rapido… a mayor velocidad y distancia, mas adelanto

Hola como esta disculpe que la moleste nuevamente... tengo un campeonato este finde semana y los platos salen entre 25 y 30 metros con distintos ángulos y ocupo chokes de 4 y 3 estrellas internos la distancia que usted me indico anteriormente sería la misma ...? Saludos
