Very good quick intro. A demonstration of shooting both styles would be great. By the way, the H & H instructors never “pushed” the Stanbury method the three times I visited from the States. They clearly wanted to improve on whatever method was comfortable for me. Perry Pappous, California, USA.

To me it doesn't make sense to shoot a target going over your head off the front foot. Take a look at any of George Digweed's instructional videos. He shoots mainly off the back foot.
Get yourself a (used) copy of Michael Yardley’s ‘The Shotgun’ if you haven’t got it already.
