You can do it!( I thought maybe you needed some cheering on to get through the endless knitting😉). The resin pots are really cool. The bee is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. Hi Dawn, love the blanket, it's going to be fabulous when finished with all the different stitches. The colour work (or fair isle as we used to say) jumper is looking good and it's a complicated pattern so well done to you, you'll be finished before you know it 😂. You keep tempting me with the resin work which is amazing. xx
Oooo hope you do, its a bit messy but you're fine with working on a bit of newspaper. I suggest going for a higher quality resin as they tend to smell less and also bubble less. Happy shopping 😜😘😘

Hi Dawn. What fun to see all your crafty work. I’m with you in that I don’t like cross stitch in hoops. The only time I have ever had to do it in a hoop is when I used such a fine linen cloth that I did 1 strand of embroidery floss over 1 thread of linen. Had to do a hoop for that one. I have a little tiny suggestion when you’re using rice inside a project. Before you use the rice stick the raw rice in the freezer for a little while and then let it thaw before using it. This prevents any little bug eggs that might have been in the rice from hatching. (Don’t ask me how I know 😜) I’m off to catch up on the rest of the Woven Almanac episodes. Wonderful. Those pots are so beautiful love your shading on the fish pit and the pumpkin so gorgeous. The littlest pillow is lovely, looking forward to seeing you cardigan finished. I got the pattern but it seems quite complicated to work out stitch counts xx
Yes that's what I struggled with at first Anne, I did day how many I cast on a few episodes ago. I'm roughly a UK 16/18 so I think you could work out what you need from what I did. Hope you do, it works up lovely 😁😘😘
Hey, just watched you the first time....from near Utrecht. Love all your crafts and just wanted to say that de Mill Hill kits use dmc, the numbers are in the kit, so you might have the right color in your stash.
