Our last appearance at Cleetus and Cars was a MAJOR let down. After the poor performance the Badillac developed an engine noise that would come and go. We knew something was wrong, now we dive into it!

Sounds like a lifter is going out. Not a rod knock. Rod knock isn’t going to come and go like ol boy said. Lifter working then collapsing is what that sound is. That’s why it was normal for the beginning of the video and then the lifter collapsed at the end. You could fix that engine and still use it in a couple days. Leave it in the car and take the heads off of it. Change lifters, put Johnson lifters in it and keep on keeping on

Is it possible on the tip in, you lost fuel pressure and she went lean? I know you changed the pick up in the tank. Who knows.

Sounded like a flex plate issue....also you got electric gremlins. Id look at the distributor or the ecm

Sounds like a rod knock you can kinda hear the double tap. In the drivers side
