We lost one of the most beautiful people inside and out. From her helping animals to her work at her cancer center. Her voice is the voice of childhood. Rip Olivia 🙏 you are so missed, but heaven has gained a wonderful angel.
It looked like she had a wonderful relationship with John Travolta, but now that I’m looking back at her interviews with other stars, she treated everyone with the same amount of love and respect that she did with him!
She didn't go so far into the '80s. That's because the junky music industry gave us junky Madonna and music and lyrical content took a downward turn. Sex sex sex and sex instead of true love songs. Can you imagine Karen Carpenter or Olivia Newton-John singing the trash Madonna sang? Nope.
If you've never seen "Grease", by all means, watch it! Olivia is a delight in every scene. And she & Travolta were absolute magic together. I'm surprised so few people mention her song "A Little More Love". It probably shows off more of the dynamics to her vocal prowess than any of her songs and she sang it absolutely effortlessly. It's crazy to say such an icon as Olivia Newton-John was actually underrated!! She's one of the most naturally gifted singers of all time!! Rest in peace BEAUTIFUL ANGEL!!!
This is for the guy who made this reaction video, and doesn't seem familiar with her movies (especially 'Grease', where this song was featured) or her music, you really need to watch her movies, and listen to more of her music, she was a phenomenal actress, singer, and human being. “Hopelessly devoted to You” played seemingly ( to me, anyway) on loop over our brand new stereo system in our brand new field house that Summer. Thanks to Olivia for helping us Texas farm boys ( we still had a few then ) through those brutal weeks of two a day football practice in North Texas. I would not trade the memory, (every single time I hear this song - to this very day) as I sat with my back to the field house in a tiny sliver of shade, squinting out at the heat distorted chalk lines, getting ready to go again and see what new torture our new Coach had devised for us, and then hearing the lyrics“ hold on to the end, that’s just what I intend to do…” rising and falling with the opening and closing field house door, of the thought that this madness just might NOT ever end…😵💫. But we mostly held on, and most made it to the end…thanks again ONJ…virtually every lyric rang true in some way, signifying that teams relationship with football that particular year.

You need to see her play Sandy in the musical Grease which is where this song is from. Her and John Travolta played the bad boy to her good girl. It was a hit and came out in 1978
I had a huge crush on her my whole life. Her unique singing style, her persona, and how beautiful she was made her a "whole package" of a wonderful person.
A truly beautiful soul has left us for parts unknown. I love her voice, love her videos and acting and her all a round great soul. You will be missed lovely lady. And as another said..Warrior against cancer. She showed us we can fight and survive...at least till our time comes. Rest now lovely lady. Yes listen to more of her music and watch her in GRease..lol
My wife, myself and another couple went to her show about 12 years ago. Absolutely blew us away! Every male in there was entranced! I'm still heartbroken over her loss...
Her album sales were in excess of 100 million copies. She was a force to be reckoned with and really blew the public away with 'Let's Get Physical', a video that began the workout genre videos that so many others emulated. Had she gotten the full breast removal procedure instead of the partial, perhaps she wouldn't have had a recurrence. Angelina Jolie was smart enough to do it when she realized breast cancer was so prevalent in her family history.
What Frozen was or is to 9 year olds in this day and age, Grease was to me in 1978. This song and my mother was never begging to get a lot of the pop music of the time, but she loved this song, when she took me to see the movie. A fantastic track thank you for sharing sir.

I’m 40 and was such a big fan of her!! She was truly an Angel on earth. RIP ONJ!!!!
RIP Olivia. She just passed away yesterday. :/
You need to see her play Sandy in the musical Grease which is where this song is from. Her and John Travolta played the bad boy to her good girl. It was a hit and came out in 1978
The song is featured, by her, in the the movie "Grease", where she co-starred with John Travolta. God rest her soul.
Sad face. She is my idol and THIS my most favorite song !!!!
I had a huge crush on her my whole life. Her unique singing style, her persona, and how beautiful she was made her a "whole package" of a wonderful person.
Sweetest voice ever, just loved her.
Sad that we have lost this beautiful singer and person.
RIP to such a wonderful lady.
She was in the movie version of GREASE. Gotta hear the sound track. She did this song in the movie
Olivia, Live in the hearts of many, lost in the hearts of many. Loved in the hearts of millions 🤍🙏🏾✨ Rest Easy Olivia
Her album sales were in excess of 100 million copies. She was a force to be
reckoned with and really blew the public away with 'Let's Get Physical', a video
that began the workout genre videos that so many others emulated. Had she
gotten the full breast removal procedure instead of the partial, perhaps she
wouldn't have had a recurrence. Angelina Jolie was smart enough to do it when
she realized breast cancer was so prevalent in her family history.
Iconic and VERY nostalgic 😎
Olivia we will miss you. But your beautiful music will live on. RIP🙏❤️
What Frozen was or is to 9 year olds in this day and age, Grease was to me in 1978. This song and my mother was never begging to get a lot of the pop music of the time, but she loved this song, when she took me to see the movie. A fantastic track thank you for sharing sir.
Wow BRO0ooo, your interpretation made me 😢
I never caught that part of the song, and I must have heard it over 100x. Great vocalist, and who didn't have a crush on her. She will be missed.
You must see the movie Grease , all the songs are great, this is one of them .
R.I.P ONJ 🙏
Have you ever heard one person say anything bad about Olivia in her 50 years in show business? How rare a person she was. My heart is broken.
