- After a big night drinking with a friend, we ended up stumbling home and booking last-minute flights to Easter Island.
We had a week there and managed to fit in an insane amount of things to do on Easter Island.
From scuba diving to caving, driving around to hiking, and learning everything we could about the famous moai statues, it was an incredible experience.
We used Hanga Roa Eco Village and Spa as our accommodation on Rapa Nui, and it was amazing!

Gulab Singh we thought it said experience. Our bad. The expense can be what you want it to be. Really expensive or as cheap as you can (camping and bringing your food from the main land). Up to you. Are you going bro?

You guys caught some beautiful shots! Loved the underwater statue shot. Easter Island would be super cool to visit one day, as the head statues just seem so out of this world. I heard that they recently dug under a couple of the heads and that they had rock bodies with them too. Did you see this at all? Thanks a lot of sharing ;)
Thank you so much. The underwater Moai was awesome. Not real, only there for a movie. The have dug up a Moai and they do have bodies. They covered it back over to preserve it. There is lots of photos in the museum and sites of it. It is really amazing.

A simple suggestion that'd make your vlog interesting is to atleast google and add factoids about the things you're filming.
The music and videography is cool. It'd be cooler if you let people know what they're seeing. It'd also be a simple job for the editor to make words run at the bottom of the frame occasionally.

It really is an amazing place.
It’s not hard to drive in Easter island? Do we need to bring Internacional license? What are the requirements in order to drive & rent a car in the island?
Hi Brian, The roads are very quiet there and maintained. You can not get lost there are not many roads. As for the international licence, we did not have one. We did have our Australian licence on us but we were never stopped. We never even saw a police car when we were there. When we rented the car they photocopied our Australia drivers licence and passport and that was it. They were very cruisey. Everyone is on island time. :).

+larry love there are many restaurant/bars but they is not a party scene. The restaurants and bars do close earlier than the mainland.
