How & Where the Indian Oil Rigs stand on the sea?

Mumbai High (Bombay High) is India's most important Oil Rig. It caught fire in 2006 killing about 40 people. But they built it up again.. Bigger, Better, Safer.
Called Mumbai High North (MHN), the main platform is called MNP and this sits on a 30 stories high Steel Structure made of Huge Tubes - about 13,500 Metric Tonnes in weight.
The film describes how this gigantic structure is Fabricated in Oman, Transported through Sea and Installed in the Offshore seas of Mumbai by ONGC.

Mumbai High (Bombay High) is not an oil rig. It is the name of the oil field / hydrocarbon reservoir located in western offshore of India. MNP is not the main platform. It is a part of BHN / MNP process platform, one of the offshore platforms platforms located in Mumbai High. Regarding the fire incident, it happened on 27th July 2005; in which 11 people were reported killed and 11 were reported missing. So, the total casualty was 22.
