I don't understand why there are so many negative comments about Disney starting Halloween in August. They did it so more people could attend the event and also who Dosent like Halloween!! It's literally the best time of the year! But I'm most excited for Halloween Horror Nights ;). Too bad they couldn't start that earlier.

I think it comes with backlash because they close early for guests on those nights. Adding more nights means that Magic Kingdom (or Disneyland on the West Coast) closes on a regular day far too early. I think many people feel the same about Christmas parties starting the first week of November. Regardless, this looks super fun. -Josh
The only reason it bothers me is because I have a very poor sense of the passage of time and I rely on signals, like holidays, to help me keep track of things. The sooner and more often I see decorations and such for a holiday far away from when it actually occurs, the more confused my internal clock gets. I certainly don't mean to put a damper on other people's fun, I'm only saying that it confuses me and my fragile grasp of time and season.

I LOVE the lady outside the Haunted Mansion. I saw her for the first time a few years back now. So glad to get to see her arrival and introduction!!! Thank you TimTracker! Ironically I was also at the first party for that year and it was also in August.
Well this year California Adventure is gonna have a whole ton of stuff this year! And now it's announced that tower of terror in Disney world will have a Christmas theming! They are uping their holiday game!
We've gone to MNSSHP for the past several years. They also have an allergy friendly wrist-band so the candy givers don't give out peanut candy to the kids.

That red M&M maybe the scariest villain of them all. Love seeing all the costumes. All the candy we are going to be on a sugar high when we go in August. The parade, the characters, the castle show and all the spooky decorations whats not to love. Hoping to get lots done in 2 MNSSHP nights.

I'm so offended....only because I was working across the street from Town Square Theatre for both parties last night. You were right in my area Tim! I love, love, love Halloween time at Disney! I went for the first time last year for my birthday and it was by far my favorite trip ever to the park (the one in California). The theming is spot on, the weather is perfect, and there aren't nearly as many people as there usually are during other holiday events.
We were there too. My daughter has a severe food allergy. They give you a special trick or treat bag. The cast members at the trick or treat stations will give you tokens that you can trade for the special treats that are allergy safe.
Squeeee! It's the most wonderful time of the year!! I love that they are starting it earlier! We can't wait to go again in a few weeks! Thanks for sharing, Tim!

I think my favorite part of the boo to you parade is the haunted mansion part.. I'm not even a big fan of the attraction but the grave diggers are great and the ballroom dancers are a great touch.

Tim and Jenn I just want to thank you for sharing your lives with us. I live in the Houston area and we are, as y'all probably know, getting ruined by this stupid storm Harvey. Since I am stuck inside, because of the flooded roads, I am catching up on the early years. Although the weather is terrifying right now with tornado warnings and the flooding, y'alls videos help with the stress and boredom of being stuck. My family and I went for a trip just before school started to Disney and Universal and while I was in Universal, Tim Was in Disney, and when I was in Disney, Tim was near universal!!! I saw that the day I left and was so bummed out lol. anyways, thank you TheTimTracker for all the awesome videos you make, you and Jen are awesome!!

I went last year! Fall is for sure the best time of year to visit! There's also the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT, which was awesome, and it was also worth a trip to Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights. So much fun! So much to do!!!
Tim Great video missed Jenn hope the dog is OK. I plan on going with my grandson next year, he'll be 6 then. Whenever he starts to make me crazy we sit down and watch your Disney vlogs and he settles right down, he is as much a Disney fan as Grammy is. This was the one and only time I have ever watched the parade from that spot. It was amazing and I want to watch it from there all the time, but I know it is the most popular spot for photographers and hard to get.

The first night the hocus pocus party potion show had technical difficulties and was cut short but the next night we got to see the whole show and it was great. Everyone should do the Disney Halloween at least once. Where else can adults get to go track or treating and not looked upon as creepy lol. Great vid and can't wait till I can go again.
