Living and working in the same spot like in the old house can be a detriment to your health and mind. Its good to wake up and drive to your work place and at the end of the day go home to sleep. It keeps routine, which is most important for all of them to be better everyday moving forward. Use should be mad happy for these guys. I'm def interested for the next few months.
I just started watching Optic videos consistently (mostly Scump) and I can't wait to see this journey unfold. Hearing about that this is the proper beginning of Optic got me excited. I'm also glad that I got over that Faze (phase lol) stage. Now that I'm older I can kinda relate and understand more about what these dudes talk about.

I like the content but I think you guys are confused about what a podcast is. Yes some podcasts are on TH-cam, but they are first and foremost distributed via RSS and available for offline playback. Podcast = iPod Broadcast. As in you could listen to it on a 15 year old iPod. Do ad reads if you're worried about not being able to monetize. Not everyone has TH-cam Red and even if they do they don't want to manually download episodes.

I've don't that before and the leasing office just had me pay a cleaning fee which was fine. I I didn't like people living on top, under, and next to me all at the same time. Idea, get a TV on the podcast and when you do a podcast with pro players of any sports u can turn on some matches and review some stuff for us, teach beginners that want to go pro what to think about etc..
