Yeah, you're right!! Communicating emotions is hard. And we do have feelings! Thank you for telling the truth and just letting us be ourselves.
Masking makes me very plastic with feelings. And when I've expressed my feelings, I've been considered rude.
But it's been awkward because I didn't intend to hurt their feelings. And some people just like to be rude intentionally.
    😊
You are perfect. Keep being yourself and advocate!

I know what you mean about sensitivity. Had it all my life. Tried to break free of it but not happened. This week I have wanted to cry with live for more than one person. Also hard to take negative judgemental comments from others.

While waiting for my Autism assessment I was told I was too empathic to be Autistic. The assessment result was I am Autistic.
I as also told I cannot be Autistic because I am too good with computers. Yet there is a stereotype that Autistic people are good with computers. Weird huh!
I do find it hard to find words quick enough and put them together like other people can. Also though it is partly because I don’t want to be assuming about situations and be open to the truth of what is going on. Maybe bit of both.
You are a very caring feeler and thinker about being human.
Yes the misconceptions can be because of how others interpret the behaviour of Autistics.

When I was told that Autustic people are blunt or say it like it is as they say I thought oh no! I do not want to be associated with that. However meeting other Autistic people at groups I would say the majority, that is more that 95% are not blunt. So how has this assumption emerged.
