I feel like this game really could have succeeded if it wasn't a online only microtransaction grindfest
Greedy corpos ruining everything as usual. And who‘s to blame? Gullible consoomer NPCs who buy everything in sight
but for many people, being online was better, we live in internet age now, games are basically all digital at this point, there is no more hard disk, everything is download and bought digitally, so it's not bad.
nah it should have just been made by a more competent developer. crystal dynamics had never been the lead developer for anything that wasn't tomb raider and hadn't worked on anything that wasn't tomb raider since like 2004 before this game. had a developer with skills, and a good resume making fun games with amazing combat, traversal, and map/level design been in the driving seat of the development of this game, like say... Sucker Punch for example: this game would have been amazing. What it really needed was another developer behind it altogether

The core of what the game was, the gameplay was really spot on. Unfortunately they used the wrong formula of what kind of game people wanted to play.
Basically a single player experience felling badass like Arkham knight.
@@Cr1ms0nRav3n Like Captain America: Super Soldier + Batman: Arkham Knight (Black Panther, Black Widow, etc.) + Sega's Iron Man/Iron Man 2 + Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions/Edge of Time or Web of Shadows + God of War 1-Ascension (Thor) + Hulk: Ultimate Destruction/[PROTOTYPE]] gameplay to make the ultimate Avengers game? Y'know, instead of this Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League style game. Sad, since Crystal Dynamics could make a game on that level, they're a talented developer, but it seems like their leadership was misguided or greedy.

I remember sweating this game for the first few months. The combo potential was insane, seriously! It’s just unfortunately it became all about grinding for the best perks and gear, which is fun for a while but not after 3 months straight. Idk wasted potential

1:30- Um, is this one of the DLCs that were added on later to “make the game more playable”?!?
I don’t know!?! I unfortunately got the game when it came out and didn’t make it far into the storyline before my disappointment made it unplayable!!! And then when I started hearing about all these DLCs that I could “buy” to add more fun play into the game, it was already too late for me! I’m normally not willing to play more money for something that I already regret the original purchase!!! Hey, I know a lot of people love this game and the add-ons……. And just because I don’t, that doesn’t mean anyone has to judge the game off of my opinion! I think it was just the fact that my expectations were a lot higher than they probably should have, because of all the movies, the Spider-Man game that came out before this and all the hype that everyone made for this game a long time before this even came out!?!
