In its current state, and with our simulated stage, it needs to be in the center. Once we get the stage built at our field, I think the hook geometry could be slightly changed to accommodate hanging away from the center, as the hooks already prevent the robot from sliding laterally on the chain.

Does this need to hang at the center, or could it go at the sides for a harmony?
