Melissa Migueis - Involving herself with Carley's Angels and Blog Ado - Vision of Representation

Placing value on volunteer work and giving back, Melissa Migueis is an ambassador for Carley's Angels, a charitable organization, where she helps to inspire integrative cancer care. As a student at Concordia University in Communication Studies, she hopes to one day merge her passion for health & wellness, or non-profit work with communications. She is a strong believer in staying humble, kind and emitting positivity with every new opportunity. On her spare time, Melissa enjoys quality time with family, dancing and spending time in nature.
"Vision of Representation" is a documentary series by student filmmaker, Stephanie Hubert. She has created this platform in order to tell people's stories. She believes that sharing stories helps others understand and become more informed, which allows for growth and less judgment.
