Very cool, heard there was like 23+ skunks in that tournament. Even IF I had a peddel kayak I don't think Im confident enough to compete against the others that are in. I do start my Fish On tournaments in April though.
Great job man! I had the same experience except mines was backwards. Caught some o. Practice and only 1 under sized. It was a tough day for many. Keep at it that’s all we can do as we practice and learn. Keep up the good work.
Good job bro, it was a tough day out there, Coming in blind I just junk fish, it is cool to see so many youtube fishing together, got to see everyone point of views. Good luck on the next one, see you at Folsom
Yes they absolutely do bite more statistically. I tend to throw a plopper, spinning bait, bladed jig, crankbait with small beads when it rains. Topwater bites can sometimes turn on as well one of the few times they can other than sunrise/sunset. The best times to fish in the rain are when the lunar calendar lines up perfectly. Ie: fishing on a full moon while its raining vs full moon 2 days after while it's raining are huge in differences due to feed cycles.
Not too bad for your 1st one . Congrats 👏
Thanks 🙏

Getting rained on must have sucked. Question do they bite more when it rains?
I don’t think so
