Dawnwalker animation is just so dope and meme potential but like jetstriker and visionshaper should also have as well. The wind overwhelmed and plays around your surroundings only to be greeted with intense love of freedom, the nestmind starts to swarm into your eyes like 1 after another only to be awaken up not remembering this and facing surge.
Dang, they are all amazing, I really enjoy saltchemist and silentheart. As a dev I understand how much time little animations like that can take and I can't understand how deepwoken's dev hasn't made something like that alrdeady, they really need to see this video!
I feel like for Oathless when you get it a chain appears on your chest (on somewhere on you or around you) and in its animation the chain breaks showing the you are free.
I have some things i would change, like silentheart not being a literal change of hearts, more like a power far different from the song flowing into you, or maybe the song "accepting" you as its vengeance and giving you the tattoos, because silentheart is about rejecting use of the song because its being abused by mantras. Other than that amazing animation work, hope they add these sorts of animations at some point.
When you gain star kindred it tells you that the npc hands you a bottle filled with the crucifix blood and pours it down your throat but it’s what gives you the ability to “believe”
Having actual animations for oath obtainment would make deepwoken feel so much more alive Also would make obtaining oath something special in the prog (kinda like bell)
i think the star kindred one should be like this: one at a time, the fragments of the collar should seal the neck of the user, making him a little confused and panicked about it, reaching for his collar, afterwards falling to the ground on his hands and knees, nad some transparent wings flashing for 1-2 seconds
I imagine star kindred to be much more painful than its shown but all of these are so sick Like, wings expanding bursting through your skin with a halo collering you would be absurd,,,

Ngl the silent heart one is honestly extremely good. I would just make it so that the red lines show up a bit slower to show that it’s taking a second to pump the blood to the veins(?) that they represent
Yo visionshaper should be an animation of piano playing while dark feathers and a singular white feather falls. The song in question should be moonlight sonata.
I think it would be cool if for Silentheart a hole is made in your chest ( with the heavy grip sfx ) and blood, then when you wake up you just see your old heart on the ground or something
for me i think jetstriker deserver a little oath obtain animation like the character making a pinky promise with the trainer as a promise to meet again. and for link strider, maybe after interacting with the orb and get knock away, maybe like the character slowly waking up after the impact and see the stars slowly descend, forming a link between them then finally land onto the character.
You should still do animations for the rest of the oaths, just cause they have unique obtainments doesn't mean they shouldn't get an animation, Linkstrider could be such a cool animation cause you now supposedly exist on two different planes of a dimension

ayo let him cook, tho i'd say if it ever becomes a thing which i would love to see, give it i-frames due to the fact in deep you can get attacked when getting an oath and if it has an animation of course you're gonna get 5 barred in seconds
