This is the best review of the Yamaha classical transacoustic on youtube that I've found so far. Thank you for taking the time to do this review. And you are a great guitarist, too. Beautiful playing.
Amazing guitar, I tried it yesterday, can't wait to buy it
The way a review should be done! Many thanks!
Great review! Beautiful playing!!
Cant wait to get my hands on this guitar!
I bought this guitar . Excellent tones , quality . Just have to learn to play it .
Awesome sound ! This guitar is the thing for classical guitars.
An excellent review for this guitar. I never knew classical guitars had advanced so much electronically. This one is worth getting just for the advanced technology alone. Thanks for posting!
what an amazing guitar and the playing is also outstanding
Great thorough review... Thank you
Great Review , beautifully played.
Great review! I recently purchased this guitar. It's a wonderful and unique instrument. Very fun to play.
Amazing sound beautiful playing
I never realized a nylon could sound so good with chorus
It's a beauty. Thank you.
This is Matteo Mancuso's choice of classical guitar. A nice review thankyou.
Need tutorial for the piece you played in the beginning please!
lovely playing and a great guitar, i hope they add delay next.
Itd probably require a small circuit processing bucket brigade type of thing that can ping a sound. It would be hard replicate delay without a tiny speaker or some insane jolt of movement like a rumble to get the second sound of the delayed guitar. Maybe they can figure out to do it.
Je les commander hâte de vous partager un petit teste avis flamenco
I was looking for a cheap Yamaha nylon for recording a project and came across this one. The only one they had in the store was a steel string one which was amazing. I still ordered a nylon cos I have three steel strings but I was moved by how lovely in was and absorbing to play
Trans acoustic I mean
acabei de comprar o violão, não vejo a hora de toca-lo. mas o que mais me surpreendeu foi ele tocar garota de ipanema haha
I’m sorry if I missed it but what microphone did you use at the beginning? Was it a Shure Sm81?
Nice soft music on a nylon-string guitar .
hey - is there such a thing as a transacoustic nylon-stringed bass?
The guitar sound blown me away
Incredible, though the chorus at higher levels, takes away from natural,,,, , forget the jack this Guitar is omnificent.
Agree. Yet it is actually natural
Hi there everyone, could anyone please tell me the Depth of this Guitar as I would like to buy it but there are no stores near me that sells them where I could go and try it , it was like a Dreadnought Depth it would be far to Big and Uncomfortable for me as I am a small person. Many Thanks Ian
any way the quakiness of the pick up can be minimized ?
6 pickups ?
the fret noises are real....
Wonder how long the battery lasts.
It’s AA batteries
several hours@@neelimak555
Whats the Song name? Dont want to skip through whole Beatles lib :P
Here, There and Everywhere
Thanks!
CMONNNN BRO
I own a yamaha NTX1 somehow the body and neck are way different from a really classical guitar, do you guys think this guitar can be the difference?
you should have gotten the NCX not NTX if you are looking for a CG. usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/guitars_basses/cl_guitars/nx/specs.html#product-tabs
@@gianni2046 thanks I will buy a new one in my birthday
What the music in 9:20?
An Englishman in New York - Sting
@@DavidJNann thank you man! I appreciate
💌🍀
Mine doesn’t sound quite like that, somehow.
M. Pettibone how are you liking the guitar I’m thinking about getting one
Right hand technique / nails?
Almeno i sottotitoli
Consumo de batería 🔋 es muy elevado. saldrá caro .🥴 no trae funda no tiene golpeadores el piezo no recoge el golpe en la tapa falta un simulación de micro y está alta el puente de la mano derecha de la tapa los 2 nut son platico.
Does the guitar have truss rod?
good question
Yes. It does.
@@bearblackhawk9362 Do you have a source? I can't find any info about this.
I just brought my guitar to GC today to do a proper setup. And was told by the luthier that there is no truss rod in this guitar.
@@TheAdamMacD ive seen it on my cg-ta when my head stock snapped off.
I purchased one, it was defective in the mechanism, the replacement I got was also defective. I gave up. My dealer had ordered one for another customer, and he had to send it back for same reason. Too bad, I really liked it.
I tried this guitar but in my opinion it's not worth the money. I tried Yamahas CG192s which is about the same price and I liked it way more. The sounds coming out of the system aren't very inspiring if you ask me (nobody asked)
I'll ask something! Help me make an informed buying decision. What does the CG192 got that this one is failing to accomplish
@@legatomodi3522 Hi! The playability and sound of the CG192S is much better in my opinion. Sure the effecs are fun but when compared the sound without effects then the CG192S is a clear winner in my book. I was excited about the CG-TA and when I tried it I wasn't blown away with the effects. Sure it's an ok guitar even without the effects but not worth the price in my opinion. But maybe you need to try it for yourself, maybe you would like it more than I did. But if you appreciate playability and sound without effects then go for the CG192S.
@@PresentMoment111 i usually run a train of more than dozen pedals when I play electric. I like them but they can't be the foundation of tone. These effects are probably very limited compared to what I usually try. I guess I'd be better off trying for the best quality over the gimmick. Do you know if acoustic electric guitars suffer from the same thing you've noticed in the guitar in the video?
I AGREE...the trans stuff is a toy and tired me in the store after 15 minutes...nice guitar
@@sooparticular Yeah, I wonder how so many people likes it, good for them but I think the trans stuff completely ruins the unique feel and sound of a classical guitar.
Ma possibile che non si possa avere um commento in italiano porca miseria......sempresto cavolo d'inglese! Qui siamo in Italia.....
Not possible? Looks like Italian to me... And this is a demonstration done in English, so what is the problem..
Pitty the E string is out of tune
Weak demo. I have one of those, and in the video the effects barely show. This demo did not show a third of the guitar capabilities. The guitar is much more impressive in person.
Where can I find your video?
@@markbowman3 thank you! I just watched the whole demo. I thought it was an absolutely awesome demo . He covered the guitar very well. Showed the effects extremely well. His playing was very good. Excellent demo
@@steveb9325 I thought it was excellent too!
please make a better video then.... the compression in the you tube format will never sound as good as in person- but I think this is a pretty good video and a great player
@@ernestcaruana7717 For me, it sounded a bit distorted.... but could be just the recording.
Action too highly
The guitar player says the nut is 52mm. I can tell from where I sitting that it is not!
T he guitar player says the nut is 52mm. I can tell that it is not!
It is, look at the specs on the yamaha dealers
idiot....THAT IS NOT
