I was wondering the blender blades (accessories) used whipping malai to make butter. Since I’m planning a blender to buy I’m really considering what brand and what blades to use for make butter.
Looks like wax-soft solid. Smelt nice. The residue was a bit like Mysore pak texture. It did separate but didn't separate the same way as it did in your video. In any case, the fat I collected was over a few months. It was clumpier and harder. The ice water and churning didn't break up a lot of the clumps.
@@johndirects possibly since it was months old, the nature of cream(malai) has changed. Please collect only one weeks malai and try the recipe again. M sure u will get perfect ghee ✌👍

Somdutt Sharma tahnks for the feedback 😀👍mango ice cream recipe i will shoot next week. But will upload it soon. Then planning soups, corn and rainy season recipes 😁
Nice video... However a small add on... You have used full cream milk I.e. 6% fat. The 6% fat milk is bufallo milk. Cow milk is 4.5% fat. If you use cow milk to prepare ghee..It would be yellow in colour. This is not to say that the store bought one was cow ghee..Most companies use butter oil to make ghee and add flavourings and colours. Kindly try cow milk
Thanks so much 🌷 This Homemade Ghee will lasts for atleast 3 years if there is no moisture contamination. Do subscribe to my channel for new recipes 😊👍
