Wirral Labour councillors are utter rubbish, parking charges to drive away shoppers (Brombrough & Cheshire Oaks have FREE Parking - you just create downtown dereliction. ASDA show the way forward, Councillors - create a 'shopping zone, parking £6 for four hours, £4 of the fee can be used against purchases inside the 'WSZ' - 'Wirral Shopping Zone', this encourages shoppers to return & browse around shops - the £4 fee can be used against council charges for shops, so the council has it's charges - alternative 2, reduce the number of councilors to six only for Wirral, remainder unpaid, alternative 3 - do NOT place superstore's that contain 'A High Street' of trade right next to the smaller traders - YOU have Killed trade by doing this, YOU are responsible for the Death of the Town centre, You are incapable of being in charge of a trading area. How many Councillors have business degrees ?, and have the experience of running a successful trading area - NONE. You councillors have just taken the USA 'easy on the eye' approach to future business that has decimated the Small towns of the USA (and many cities), and you think it can work here in the UK - FOOLS.
Iv lived ere for 6 yrs an in that time iv seen it go down. I know these shopkeepers the old man after the cafe hes had to close down. Theres massive social problams, the worst iv seen for drugs homlessnss and that genral social despair, iv lived everywhere from london to glasgow from manchester an Salford, in all them places iv not seen a place degenerating so much so fast, staying on the social programes, having a lot of health problams, never seen such bad communication bettween servises, an even when you say somthing, you getcut off or set up, this happened to me off a so called manager of care home i wasin. Manger lied to all homeless shelters in birkenhead telling the ymca arch an rose brae, not to let me in has im a known knifeman an id been booted out for havingan ateracation with someone with knife, the onlyatercatinwas with me cutting myself as it was so bad. Yes i try support all the buisnesses in the area and its without a dowt they need help, i call it an island nation where they can get away with what fukin like, an i bet 6 yrs iv not seen more 20 police cars thats the truth.

Jaky jays cafe easily one of the best cafes you can goin. Wirral christian centre, what do they do for the community??
