I am planning on making a batch today myself. I think seafood broth is so underrated. When I told a friend I was making it, she went, Eww! 😂 And she likes seafood! I think it's just the thought for some people, especially those who grew up here in the US. Other cultures use it a lot though. I plan to use mine for paella, jambalaya & gumbo -- to give them that rich seafood flavor that makes them so delicious.

I love having stock on hand! I keep home canned chicken, beef, goat, crab, clam, and fish stock on my shelves. The chicken and goat are grown on our farm, we dig our own clams, and we buy our beef, fish, and crab locally. It's great to be able to pull together a soup or stew on a moment's notice.
