Next day I took out all my Bar Mitvah money and bought myself a banjo and taught myself to play it just so I could sing this song. Thanks all and thanks Hedy.

Reminds me of our U.S. Navy layovers in the Philippines (Subic Bay). We would go into town and watch some of the bands as we got drunk. They were surprisingly very, very good as they did Beatles, Stones, etc. If you closed your eyes, you'd think it was the original bands. Of course we were drunk too.
