    Just bought a very tall ceramic pot with a very small opening and am going to use your method of covering it to make it look like aged stone, I’m very happy I came across your channel because all of the other “stone make overs” that I’ve seen have come from across the pond (USA) and they obviously use American products and I’m not sure of the UK equivalent, so thanks for taking the plunge, I cannot wait to start my project. ❤️

    such a good final product. I think it would’ve even been cuter with some faint splotches of maybe a tan/beige spray paint and then painted over with some exposed, before moving onto dirt! If that makes sense. For an added layer of color/depth to make it look older. Even could use a bit of a rust color for depth too. Great video

    As it’s emulsion paint, would it work better if you use a primer on the glass before paint?

    • @aneditedlifestyle

    Hi there, you are really talented. This is a great video. I love how your vase came out. Can you let me know what you used in the paint to give it that texture? I didn’t quite catch it in your video. I know you said we can use baking powder or cornstarch. Also what kind of stems did you use?

    • @aneditedlifestyle
      @aneditedlifestyle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you so much, you're so sweet. I personally used Baking powder for the texture and I would swear by it. Stem wise, these are dried eucalyptus leaves, they are so lovely to pull out each season. Hope this helps x
