What an amazing process to watch...this coastal Alabama gal is always impressed with all you and your family and friends (Frank-Sammie) do to run your farm! ❤
Very enjoyable! I learned to day there is a second opening for adding materials (like soybean meal) to the grinder/mixer that doesn't send them through the hammer mill. Thank you very much!
Interesting to watch you grinding feed. That's too bad about the cow, Like you said you just have to deal with it. Hope you get done with corn harvest. Take Care and Be safe on the farm. Out
This is the task that to me is most hard in the process of producing, I guess besides dealing with their foot and leg issues .. loading animals for their last day ❤💪 The herd looked very healthy!! Their winter coats are so cute and fuzzy !!❄️🏔️🌬️🌨️☃️❄️
if you wanted to use some of the corn you grow as seed corn for next year would you have to process it different? I am wondering if the combine and all the machines would damage/chip/crack the kernel so it wouldn't grow.
This coastal Alabama gal also has to admit though, the cow portion touched my tender heart, sorry the cow experienced pain most of it's life. I know all that is part of farming but still sad to watch.
I believe you were a little off on your calculation of your field length in yards. 1 football field is 300 yards. each yard is 3 feet. 3x300=900 ft long. if your field is 1000 feet, it is just over a football field length.
Neighbors helping neighbors. You gotta love farmers!

I use to haul steel from Chicago back to here in Ohio for Unverferth-n-stuff .. fun birds eye view of your beautiful ranch ... Thanks ...!
Selling that corn in bags and feeding your cows with it is brilliant. Much better than getting market price per bushel for it. Great video.
Those are good looking cows
Broyan Farm is Top Notch all the way!

Good day to all.
Do you test the moisture levels in the Corn.
Great work to Jason, lucky to good farm relationships.😊
You could always get a corn stove my friend has one works great he loves it he also grows corn😊

👍👌♥️🇨🇦
Can you hook a rake to a tractor and pull that plastic up? Seems like a small hay rake would bring it up and then pick up the pieces.
Is there no way to wind the start of the plastic onto a winch behind a tractor and start pulling???
... 14:39 diggin' the ASMR ...Baby ...!
Do you rent the equipment from other farmers or do they just do it for you?
That cow isn't going to have a Very Merry Christmas, going to end up on a plate..
The corn wasn't bridging in the wagons so the moisture couldn't have been to high.

Football field is 100 yards or 300 feet
