The criticism is that it couldn't be "a group of pill pushers" because there's already a P on the board. But there's a problem with this criticism. Because in the one before, that the guy thought was "an ace of kidneys", the actual solution is "an act of kindness", but there was already one s on the board in that, but not both. So obviously there can be partially revealed letters in these puzzles. So a group of pill pushers actually does fit after all.
