I think the problem of the car reviewer is, he is not doing his assignment. I mean, he needs to make a research about the car that he is going to review so that he can make a follow question about the info given by the car owner. If you have noticed, sometimes, after the owner provide the info to a specific and important details, there is an awkward moment. But if the reviewer did his homework, the converstation will be more natural and the important details will be emphasized. In short, don't just rely on the owner's knowledge about his car. As a car reviewer you must equipped yourself with knowledge about different cars.
