Hueka has the angel wings, Soobin has the big ears, yeonjun has the horns, Taehyun has the black eyeball thing and Beomgyu has the spikes on his shoulder. So this mv is basically showing how they got them.

When we sit next to each other in a subway in Korea, we normally talk to each other, but here, they are all apart from each other, so to be talking, they will have to be super loud, and that would be kind of weird, so if we're not sitting next to each other, we just text.

Correct me if I’m wrong but would it be considered rude? If you’re in a quiet train and your group is the only one talking?
@@zage5495 people normally wouldn't care a whole lot, but it really just feels weird. Also, it depends on when we're on the train. Early in the mornings, people are usually super tired from having to go to work, so the entire subway is kind of silent, but during the day, it's fine to talk, as long as you're not talking over people and being loud.
On the last scene of that red white flashlight, each of them is clutching a certain part of the body. This is like the Nap Of The Star film, yeonjun with horn on HEAD, Soobing with elf EAR, beomgyu with thorn SHOULDER, Taehyun with starry EYE and Kai with broken WING (The dragonfly)
The monster's eye colors is the same color where TXT is releasing the album. Blue is for Star album and Green is for MAGIC album

Even though misogyny was spreading around Korea, people didn't even know it was wrong. However, feminism started extending from the year 2015 in the nation. When this song released, some fans complained to bighit about the lyrics and bighit provided feedback on it. They apologized for ignorance of misogyny in the lyrics. After that, K-fans sent BTS members some books about feminism and our boys started studying feminism. After the incident, RM said in the interview that he asks a women studies professor to inspect his lyrics if there is a factor of misogyny or not. Korea has developed in a short period of time. Feminism is a big issue in Korea these days. Korean people are learning about it and our boys too
The 'monster ' is a personified version of their fears so it can take on any shape such as the train here. You can always identify it though the blue and green eyes though.

11:29 maybe you've seen "ttukseom" in RM's reflection, saying he wants to go to "ttukseom" some of us actually believe that BU and TU somehow connects. Ttukseom is actually a place or park in korea (i believe). In theory the magic island is actually there or before that place.

To make it easy, yeonjun (yon + june), beomgyu (bomb w/o b sound in the back + g & you). I think this is the easier way to say their names. As for soobin, taehyun & hueningkai, i don't think it's hard to pronounce.
I thought Yeonjun was pronounced Yee-on joon. I guess I was wrong 😂
If u know how to read hangul, it's easy for you to say their name because sometimes i myself confused when 2 people with the same name spelled different in abc
i thougt 'U' in korean is "eo" or just prnounce "o" like Taehyung (read: Te hyeong) and Jaehyun (read: Je Hyeon) so maybe Taehyun is Te Hyeon? *correct me if I wrong

I really love the modern whimsical + dark fairy tale vibe TXT has going on in their MV. Personally when I see this MV/short films, it reminds me of those moments I spent with childhood or school friends. Those innocent and hopeful day with promise of staying together, but as we grow older and enter adulthood...life makes us drift apart. It's a very bittersweet feeling that this MV manage to invoke from me.
If everyone really enjoys music without any prejudice, then everyone can love KPop too.. because everything remains the same, it's music..
the 'run away' mv directly connects to this one. you've already reacted to 'run away' and i honestly thought you would be able to put 2 and 2 together and i was waiting for it so bad lol. but that's ok. you should watch that again after magic island to refresh your memory.

You miss the reflection of the girl in the water when they make fireworks and Soobin heard something, and the dragon at the end.
In this video soobin and Yeonjun (blue hair) the 2 of them heard something.
You can see the boys holding part of their body like heart, ear, shoulder... It's the same part in Nap of the soul if you pay attention Taehyun holding a little telescope on his eye, Soobin a megaphone on his ear, Hueningkai hold his heart, Beomgyu have thorns on his shoulder and Yeonjun I'm not really sure about him ><

Ttukseom is a place in Korea with a big park with the Han river. It’s a popular place when especially young people hang out there. You heard this name in RM “Reflection” in the lyrics he said he watch people at Ttukseom that made him think.
RM goes there to write his songs, he wrote “Reflection” there, which he titled “Ttukseom” when he wrote it, that’s why the beginning of the track you heard the sound he record in the park, he also wrote “Spring Day” there.
Imagine BigHit making a movie using all the effects and transitions they know.

i believe that the train is their escape from the reality, and can go to a place where they can dream. the blue and green eyes stops them / warns them, that they will go back to reality. soobin knows that all of this is a dream / fantasy that is dangerous, because he tries to connect to the real world with his phone, but his phone dies. you can also see in the end where they got hit by the train, then you can see that all of them are hurting in their different features from nap of a star.

idk why i noticed only now that im rewatching it with you but towards the end, after they’re hit by the train, during the creepy flashing light scene, some members we’re holding parts of their body that was their monster counterpart in nap of the star. Yeonjun was holding his head/neck (the place he was cut bynthe cat), Soobin was covering his ears (he had elven-like ears in Nap of the Star), Beomgyu was his shoulders (he has thorns on his shoulder in NOTS) and Hueningkai was grabbing at his back before showing the cut with the dragonfly with broken wings (since he had wings in NOTS too). I am not sure if Taehyun was holding his eyes since he had mutants eyes in NOTS. I may be reaching but I think they’re supposed to remember what it is they forgot on this island, the promise. But since it burnt down, they didn’t get to. So many theories out there. The guy with the fire design on his shirt, Beomgyu, clearly started the fire. He was also the one that brought those stick fireworks to share with the others hence an excuse to “accidentally” start the fire. Hahaha somehow, the pieces are coming together as they release new contents, like after watching the Eternally MV, some stuff made sense when I watched magic island again. I bet this will continue to happen as they come up with new videos. How exciting!!!

ttukseom is the place that RM mentions in the 'reflection' lyrics where he explains that ttukseom is the place he used to go when he feels sad or depressed such as the purpose of the magic island.
in the theory, because bts storyline & txt storyline is connected we believe that ttukseom is where the magic island has taken place.

If you want to really get to know TXT they have their own variety show which is on Weverse, Vlive and TH-cam, there’s only 15 episodes so far (I think) and they release new ones every Monday (later in the week for subtitles though) It’s called To Do x Tomorrow x together and it’s really funny. BTS also have a variety show called run BTS but that has over 100 episodes
They are actually stuck in a dream where they can't escape.. Everything's talks about dream. And their concept is kinda dark... A real dark.. and actually talks about murders, creepy cat, girl ghost (and you can see it on that mv) and that witch.. (which can be found on Nap of A Star) (It can seen there not once but twice) and also that creepy doll (more like voodoo doll).. more than that, their songs are good..

It is rumoured that to enter magic island you have to go to Ttukseom. Remember RM’s reflection? He mentions ttukseom several times. TXT stood up to go to Ttukseom as you can see from those small lights towards the destination in the train. Then they traveled to ttukseom and entered magic island. Think of it as 9 3/4 entering Hogwarts express ;)) TXT and BTS Universe are connected guys.
