  • Dear friends, today we take you to the family farm Čižmešija in the small village of Sigetec, near Koprivnica, Croatia. The history of this fascinating family story dates back to the World War II era when the first bakery was established. Today, the business is run by Danijel, the son, who, along with his family, produces cornbread, round white bread, white wheat bread in a loaf, and rolls. All the bread is baked in the old family wood-fired oven, last renovated 45 years ago.

      ...i zbog moljca. Prosijavanjem spaziš moljca i njegovu svilenjastu "paučinu" ako se zametnuo u brašnu.
