Thank you Steph. I saw this board in the shop and fell in love with the design. Good to know that it's a more advanced board that's not completely catch free. I will work my way there 😅 For now, going to look at more playful and forgiving profiles. Are you also reviewing Jones, Gnu, and Burton women's boards this season? Thank you 💞
@@thegoodridesnow Yay, that's cool. Thank you 🎉 Last season I actually wanted a NS, but then went with the Gnu Gloss. Still very happy with it, but always love looking at all the new boards 😉😊😊😊
Hi! Would u recommend the BOAF or the nitro womens optisym 2023 for an advanced intermediate rider who wants to learn park but also use the board all over the mountain? Thanks so much
Hello, Both boards will do well for what you described. It just depends on if you are looking for an asymmetrical twin that’s slightly stiffer and performs best on jumps and halfpipe (Nitro Optisym) Or if you want a true twin that is slightly softer and performs equally as well on jumps, and jibs. (Capita BOAF) If you’d like to get into more specifics feel free to send us an email using this link: thegoodride.com/contact-us/ Thanks!
The Paradise is great for all mountain in a more mellow way. The BOAF is better for a little more speed and technicality. Also the BOAF is a little better for carving. So just depends on what specifically you’re looking for. The Equalizer is also a good one to check out for a higher performing all mtn/freeride type board.
Not the easiest for beginners and not the easiest float for where you ride. Hit Steph up here to give her the info she needs to help you properly. shop.thegoodride.com/merchandise/gear-advice/
The Birds Of A Feather is a true twin and more freestyle oriented board. The Equalizer is directional and a little tapered. So it’s more of a freeride board that can go everywhere and that will also ride pretty well in powder.
@@thegoodridesnow Would you say that Birds Of A Feather is not suitable on powder at all? I don't get enough powder days, but also don't do park or tricks (at least I don't attempt anymore lol). Debating which board will be good for me. I would like to be able to ride powder whenever it happens! :) Thank you for your feedback!
Hey, weird question here . Can a man use this snowboard ? It's the coolest bord i've ever Seen, so elegant, so beautiful 💜, but it's for women :/ Is it really only women or Can I get it in a bigger size than I use for men Scaling For exemple : I use 155 usually so maybe I could get 156/157 W to have the equivalent I really really want it :/
It depends on your boot size and weight. If you want to get into it proper to know for sure hit me here so I can gwlet all the info I need about you to help properly. shop.thegoodride.com/merchandise/gear-advice/
Sorry you feel that way. Not a hustle...Just too overwhelmed to help for free these days. It became a full time job and cut into riding/publishing reviews. If you are under a size 9.5 US the 154 or 152w and if you are under 180lbs it might work.
@@thegoodridesnow oh sorry I didn't know. I understand, why would you work for free After all But you gave me enough informations thank you so much I just wanted to know if men Can use women's board. Thanks for the additional informations too, I'm below 180lbs and a 9.5 in US size so i will check You helped me plenty :)
Great review, we NEED more women's snowboards reviews! :D

Oh, and a review on the Never Summer Infinity or Lady FR would also be cool 😎🙏🏻🙏🏻
Have some NS boards coming soon. They are first on the list for early winter reviews this year :) and more of the other brands as well!

Hello, good video! Can you please tell what is the model of bindings? :)
I used the Union Legacy bindings with this board in a size Med
@@thegoodridesnow hello may I know the colour of this bindings? I really love it but couldn’t find thx
They are the iridescent purple from a couple seasons ago.
Do you recommend to beginner plus in Japan? Looking for a board that’s stable and maybe all-function? Thank you

Would you recommend this board or the nitro mercy for someone riding mostly in icier SoCal slopes?
They are both pretty similar but I feel the Mercy has a bit more bite in icy conditions.
this chick is so rad
