Just received my pack 7 for this build although I haven't started it yet. I have done a number of De Agostini & Agora builds and, if I'm honest (and although I'm a bit addicted) I'm always a little disappointed at the lack of detail. Especially on something as large as a 1/6 scale build. Always enjoy watch though Wayne. Safe journey.
When I started Eleanor I did a massive amount of research. I decided I wanted to be as close to factory as possible so I painted the chassis red oxide. Not wanting all the black and silver of the undercarriage was a great move but it still didn't seem right so I researched more on factory paint markings, let me say that now I have a chassis worth showing off just as much as the top side. Still along way to go as I need to fabricate a steering stabilizer boot that looks to scale as well as add fuel and brake lines and change the exhaust as what came with the car just doesn't look right. I wish their was a way to share with you where I'm at with my Eleanor.
Am I remembering correctly or was the Elanor that model that Wayne had to abandon because it was from Eaglemoss and no one took it over after they went bankrupt?
i"m a clasic mustang guy .... but that is one thing I never did like how close that muffler sat to the gas tank .... the did that with a lotta there mustangs no heat shield or anything
My entire family was born in Owensboro KY, just 100 miles down river from Louisville and 100 miles north, up I-65, is Indianapolis IN where I grew up. You should have came a week earlier and went to INDY 500

Hmm I'm not sure. If it can be displayed inside with the door open it should fit.
All Model Car's Would Have Been Better As A 1:6 Scale Than A 1:8 Scale.
