Really hoping you can visit more budget friendly houses. Transloyal projects for example.300k for 1000+ sqft with furnishing. Very2 appealing especially for own stay n 1st home buyer. :)
As always, great work Sean!! Pretty sure its a thing of personal taste, but I really love the interior design here especially some tiny details like the hanging sliding door and the transition between floorings. Great reference for my future unit 😁 One thing I'm curious tho, I noticed recent projects have narrower doors...is that an actual trend or just my misperception? It's gonna be pretty troublesome to move large items around.
The protruded "fins" for sun shading and facade is absolute terrible design. Birds will go there and poop and there is no way to clean it. I happen to live in a high rise with very similar "fins" and the birds with their poops are a nightmare.
This part of KLCC really give u feeling that doesn't belong to center of KL urbanism feel. Quiet & serenity feeling with narrower road, some ages building & nature element kind of setting. Somehow there are still many uncertainty when there is a low rise building or flat land there, that mean it is high chance that one day in future it could be development come in as well. Generally, population still willing to move into this part of KL center gravity from around the world with specific reason. Demand will nvr be an issue. From Investment perspective i think took sometime as you mentioned conlay mix development are still construction, until its mature, probably 5 years & above. Minus this conlay completed let say 3 yrs after this. Holding shd be in btw another 3-5yrs until the appreciation kick in.
Seems like lack of natural ventilation within the unit as well as the moment u step out of the elevator. 14 units per floor, If that is really the case, it’s no longer called luxury. The absent of natural light and ventilation at the corridor, couple with 14units per floor is definitely a set back. Imagine your 13 other of your neighbours going in and out and with such tight corridor space you’ll be able to hear their respective units open and close. E&O is a well known luxury developer but 14 units per floor…. Come on…
Probably will not see a single soul during your stay. As these units are “Pied a Terre” for the well to do. Weekend city home for ppl live in Bangsar or Penang.
I actually forgot to mention, that's why I wrote it in the description instead. Got a little too excited during the visit haha. Anyway, it's around RM 1800psf:)
It’s not Muji at all, at least muji is minimalist this is over used of wood element design and feels cramp and very cluttering. I would say the interior design is outdated regardless of the quality they use. It certainly don’t give the luxury vibe.

Caught myself noticing WC brands the other day at a restaurant, "wah, toto". Watched too much of this channel d ...
Hahahahahahahaha!! You're an experienced real estate person too now hahahaha=)
Jln Conley and Jln Kia Peng is considered as VVIP area because most of Sultan's KL Palace or thier KL private residence are around this area...
Absolutely!!
so normal rich ppl cannot buy this ka?
@@chlu2192 still can buy if you have money. No issues..
Really like projects developed by E&O. This one is also very 'atas'. Thanks for sharing.
Those facades are heaven for bird nest
Exactly, and there is no way to clean it.
crows or watever is tbh the least worrisome, whats more problematic is that there may be more "karens" in more atas projects
Always always love your video
Thanks for watching Nizam!!
All i saw is your beautiful rolex =) Keep it up 😁
That Pepsi bezel. *chef's kiss*
I believe that’s a coke not pepsi
Thanks Ka Hau:)
*Sharp eyes!!

How practical is it to clean the balcony of that size without a water outlet? Any life hacks? Would imagine the amount of dust etc is very high
Well most likely there will be a floor trap in the balcony in the actual unit, for cleaning and rain as well:)
Not that congested, except in the morning rush. If working in KL, ideal. I work around the area.
Thanks for sharing such insights Andrew. It would be ideal to stay so close to your workplace right??
Anyway, thanks for watching=)
can try review The Ritz Carlton Residences? thanks a lot

obviously, you never lived in a top-tier condo.
@@klcitywatchyoutube4211 birds poop smell better in super condo? :D
i love the balcony
It's pretty rare for high rise buildings in the city!!
Thanks for watching 😁

You forgot to share about the price..
And I think they only sell one type of layout ?
Yea. That's why I wrote in the description instead. Got too excited during the visit haha:)
Thanks for watching Williams.
Anyway, it's RM 1800psf
Xun there are several other types but I only manage to visit one. If visit and explain all, the video would be more than an hour long haha:)
@@iherng wah, that price is kinda steep. can only be justified IF u can get high rentals (investment purpose) or unless u have deep pockets
Very informative insights. I might consider to purchase a type D unit. Any mamak restaurants nearby?
I think got, but not sure it was relocated. Thanks for watching!!
How convenient everything is with money
Yupe!! Couldn't agree more:)
perfect for airbnb
They probably won't allow it since they'll have their own serviced residence/hotel concept there. Why open it up for competition?
@@TheArdor ah yes, most probably.
that white tesla really caught my eye ! lol
I didn't even know it was a Tesla hahaha.
Thanks for watching Christopher 😊

Hey Sean,
You forgot to mention the price tag?
Is this the case of "If you have to ask the price, then you cannot afford it?". Sean never mentioned the price in the video.
No lah. I was too excited during this visit haha. That's why I included the price within the description instead:)
Will you do review for Solaris Parq project?
If I get the chance to, definitely hehe=)
Hi iHerng, can review The Meg @ Amandan by E&O? :D
Let me try yea. Thanks for watching!!
Did you mentioned the price of this project? Hmm

I went to the building next door Parc 3. Do stay tuned for that episode first:)
Very nice development by E&O
Yea. Pretty different from what they do in Penang:)
If you don't want to jam back 1 hour plus, stay in KL. All about convenience.
Yea. It will be so nice to work in KLCC and walk back home hahaha:)
what's the price?
So confusing thought this was the 8 Conlay lol
Ok so the sales gallery is pretty dope lol
Well the site is awesome too:)

5:13 Is Cantonese your first language?
My first language is actually mandarin but I speak several dialects:)
Can I know the ID of this layout?
Erm, I think you can contact the team directly for that info because I don't have that information:)
Intent of buying (from Sean):
1) own stay
2) investment
3) trophy 🏆 collection ✅️
Totally!!! But borderline (2) also...
0:26 nice a tesla XD
Sharp observations zai!!
By looking at what they are proposing for Conlay Station...I think that MRT will not be open by 2023 lol
10 level carpark - so u paying 1.5 to 2 mil pusing pusing 10x
But you stay 10 mins walk away from Pavilion and Conlay MRT station. It depends how you see it Koh.
Koh is right, 10 level of carparks is just crazy.
Let's go
Let's go!!!
Thanks for watching Jack:)

should study deeper if you want to review 'atas' house next time :)
What would you want to know more?
Very closed-in and depressing interior. How disappointing
