Thanks for posting! We got the 12x15 and had to stop for missing parts like all the nuts and bolts and a couple roof brackets! can't wait to finish. We had issues with shipping also! we got our through BJ'swarehouse
Looking to purchase one, watched your video's actually twice lol....but would like to know if you had to do it all over again, would you? Do you feel the product held up well and enjoyed it? We get a lot of wind and storms and was concerned if it would hold up. Thank you for posting, I do love it! My husband and I watched together and wanted me to ask....how'd it hold up?
Depending where you are. Some home owners associations may have restrictions. In my township, the only restriction is that it has to be 1 metre or more from the property line. It doesn’t need a permanent foundation so it doesn’t require a permit in my jurisdiction.

I hope my video helped with the assembly. We have been enjoying our solarium for a couple of years now. Holding up well in our rainy/snowy weather.
How much the assembly is?
Do the windows have screens ? It looks like they slide down so only the top half of each window lets in air. Is this true ? Thanks for the video. Jim
Yes they do - screens go all the way around with the exception of the doors. Keeps cool on a hot day.

Did you end up buying one, I have same reservations as you especially with hail damage to the polycarb roof and parts missing
would you recommend this?
So that means windows on the upper half only is that right ? No option to have the lower half open correct ?Thanks much: Jim
Is this required a permit?
