If you have a stable signal from your antenna, you can reset the decoder to factory default and scan for your TV channels.

Using the Startimes decoder, you can't bypass the security system. Unless you run a software on the decoder, which is illegal to do.
You can still get the channels using an FTA decoder and the right software.

You can call Startimes office to request for change of ownership. They will demand the iuc number of the Decoder

Bro please I formatted my strong decoder by mistake and all channels are out, how do I fix it

Go-to the installation Menu, select a satellite name, hotbird/ Astra 2a/ intelsat etc..
Then Add Transponder ( 12525 V 30000)
Select (blind Scan) option to proceed. Wait for it to complete.
