Nah, man. He didn't bring out a challenger character (Kairi or Shadow Gueist), neither in the 4th round nor in the 5th. If there's no challenger, however you KO the Bison, the Bison II won't appear.

A quick search on Google could clear this thing up. yeah he set the game on hard level, even if he doesn't, it doesn't make any difference about the final result of the video because he's a TASer ( its not that thing the policemen take on their pockets), a person that makes tool assisted contents.
